2. Core Competencies Assessment

Senior experience, with a consulting background is highly desirable. A proven ability to lead Organisation Design and Change Strategy as well as building capability internally to deliver exceptional client outcomes. A demonstrated track record of managing or playing a leading role during an organisational design is attractive. End-to-end ownership of projects, from strategy to delivery;

A consistent and proven track record originating client relationships, delivering exceptional commercial outcomes, with demonstrated commercial and business acumen in designing and influencing internal strategy and managing profit and loss;

Ambitious and agile, accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with a proven capacity to work well under pressure with an accountability mindset and a view to delivering growth and opportunity.

An emotionally-intelligent and driven individual with highly effective communication skills and the ability to build and maintain rapport and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. A demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service levels to clients and quality outcomes.
