Agree context, role description, core competencies and scope of search. Prepare Executive Briefing Portal material.

Map the market including key companies and executives that meet the brief.  Provide weekly project updates on progress and market feedback.

Detailed interviewing and assessment of executives against the position briefing.

Presentation of the full market map, long list and shortlist including providing a comprehensive and detailed report analysing each shortlisted executive against the brief.

Coordinating all interviewing and remuneration package negotiations to secure the key executive. Assistance with onboarding as required.
