Paul is the CEO of VISION Sport and Entertainment, a premier global commercial sales agency based in Sydney. Under his leadership since February 2022, Paul has strategically guided the company’s expansion into key markets across the US, UK, and Australia, significantly enhancing its global stature and commercial influence. Known for his visionary leadership, Paul excels in forging connections between brands and sports and entertainment assets, driving innovative marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility.

Prior to his current role at VISION, Paul was a Vice President at IMG, where he adeptly managed a vast portfolio of sports, fashion, and media properties. His leadership there was marked by the successful oversight of hundreds of live events and branded entertainment experiences, showcasing his ability to steer complex operations and achieve substantial growth. Paul’s extensive background in sports management and corporate partnerships was further developed during his tenure at Gold Coast Football Club. There, he rose from Chief Commercial Officer to Chief Operating Officer, playing an instrumental role in the club’s establishment and success in the AFL.
