Mateo is a dynamic and knowledgeable associate in our executive search team. Collaborating with all Consultants, he specializes in sourcing, acquiring, and vetting high-level executive talent for our clients. Mateo supports the entire team’s executive search efforts and contributes across all practices within the organization.
Experience
Before joining Pacific Talent Partners, Mateo excelled in sports events and management, leading premium tennis clinics nationwide under the Rafa Nadal Academy and Educatennis brand. He also coached at St Joseph’s College and privately trained Australia’s top junior tennis talents. Mateo holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Marketing from Macquarie University. He is adept at building strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service for all involved.
