Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, this position offers hands-on experience and the chance to make a real impact as you help secure strategic property sites and support the company’s growth trajectory.

The Role
As the Leasing & Acquisitions Associate, you’ll play an essential role in identifying and securing high-potential property sites while managing leasing negotiations. Working closely with experienced professionals, this role is your opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow into a leader within the company’s property strategy team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Site Identification & Leasing: Proactively scout and evaluate potential property sites for leasing or acquisition, focusing on high-growth areas aligned with company goals.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and uncover opportunities for new locations.
• Negotiation & Agreements: Assist in negotiating lease terms and property agreements, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic and financial objectives.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work with the Business Development Manager to integrate new properties into the company’s portfolio, providing regular updates and key insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with property owners, agents, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth acquisitions and leases.

Your Background

• Property Experience: Exposure to property leasing, real estate, or acquisitions, with a desire to take your expertise to the next level.

• Negotiation Potential: Some experience in negotiations is a plus, or a natural ability to build rapport and close deals.
