Another Great Year
2023 has been a phenomenal year for Pacific Talent Partners, and we want to extend our heartfelt thanks for your unwavering support of our business. Our journey of growth has been remarkable, marked by significant achievements in our firm’s evolution. We successfully onboarded more than 30 new clients across diverse industry sectors and supported a great many more of our existing clients spanning large ASX, medium sized and globally recognised private businesses. We achieved this whilst also expanding one of Australia’s most extensive executive talent pools.
Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants ("AESC")
Another highlight of this year was our Chief Executive, Phillip Guest, joining the Asia Pacific Council. Since 1959, the AESC has set the quality standard for the executive search and leadership consulting profession. Its members are the leaders in executive talent and leadership advisory solutions and as a member, Pacific Talent Partners shares a deep commitment to the highest quality standards in executive search and leadership consulting for the benefit of clients, executives and the profession more broadly.
